About the Course

Incoterms® rules are one of the most important international trade standards in global commerce and logistics.
Correct use of Incoterms® rules helps companies:

  • allocate risks properly,
  • avoid costly misunderstandings,
  • structure international sales contracts,
  • and improve supply chain efficiency.

This practical training course explains the internal logic of Incoterms® 2020 and provides concrete recommendations for their professional use in export, import and logistics operations.

Learning Outcomes

  • understand why C-group clauses are frequently misunderstood;
  • receive practical recommendations for the use of EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP and DDP;
  • learn how to avoid common Incoterms® mistakes in international trade contracts.
